BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING

OF THE

PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

May 11, 2023

Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Gary Dana Buerkle, Larry Steffes, and Bobby Wiedmer were present. Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present. Director Cody Rieger and Chief Kalyn Bohle were absent.

The minutes of the April 2023, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.

Motion was made by Director Larry, seconded by Director Dana, and carried to pay the following bills:

                      Chairman Shaun asked for old business, he mentioned the community center is all repaired and painted.  The building out at Bill Lane’s was discussed and no decision has been made so going to table that for now.

     Chairman Shaun asked for new business.  Chairman Shaun brought up the water damage in the hall from the snow melting on the west side. He has been in contact with an insurance adjuster.
