Baker Rural District June 2023 Meeting
THE REGULAR SCHEDULED BAKER RURAL DISTRICT MEETING WAS HELD JUNE 1, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M. AT 8254 HIGHWAY 12 IN THE RURAL DISTRICT OFFICE.
PRESENT: Chairman; Turk Stark, Vice Chairman; Randy Hoenke, Treasurer; Dick Chester, Trustee; Chris Meccage, Trustee; Fred Hoff, Fire Chief; Tom Bruha, Secretary; Stephanie Croy
Motion was made to approve the presented minutes of the May 10, 2023 meeting by Fred. The motion was 2nd by Chris. Motion carried. All Aye.

NEW BUSINESS:
It is that time of year again. The board discussed items for next year’s budget. The board then made adjustments to the line items for 2023-2024 budget. After some discussion, Fred made the motion to approve the budget. Dick 2nd the motion. Motion carried. All Aye.
Randy made the motion to pay the bills. Chris 2nd the motion.
The following claims were approved to be paid:
Being there no further business to come before the board. Dick made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Fred 2nd the motion. Motion Carried. All Aye. Meeting adjourned at 8:57 P.M.
