Members Present: Carson Beach, President; Pat Hanley, Vice-President; Shelley Mackay Dean; Beth Epley via telephone; Jon Slagter; Vaughn Zenko; Lisa Espeland. Staff Present: Mary Grube, Planner Administrative Assistant

7:04 p.m. Carson called the meeting to order.

Approval of minutes: Pat Hanley motioned to approve the minutes as printed. Shelley MacKay Dean seconded the motion. All in favor and motion carried.

Planner Updates: Mary went over the RFP for the Growth Policy with the Planning Board.

Vaughn Zenko motioned to adjourn. Jon Slagter seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m
