PLEVNA RURAL FIRE – DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING February 2023

PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

February 9, 2023

Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Dana Buerkle, Gary Lang, and Larry Steffes were present. Chief Kalyn Bohle and Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler were also present. Director Cody Rieger was absent.

The minutes of the January 2023, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.

Motion was made by Director Dana, seconded by Director Larry, and carried to pay the following bills and void check #4023 to Bfit for Life for $250.00 and check #4051 to Stephanie Crisler for $118.00 due to lost checks:

                      Chairman Shaun asked for old business. Director Gary mentioned both side mirrors on the tool cat are broken.  Chairman Shaun will call Bobcat and two new ones ordered.  Chairman Shaun mentioned he talked to Jade ant the Insurance Store about the building out at Bill Lanes that was damaged in the wind storm.  Jade said we will need to get quotes for a new building and send them to him.

There being no further business, Director Larry made a motion to adjourn.  Motion seconded by Director Gary and carried.
