The meeting was called to order by Mark Jacobsen.

Public Comment- Agenda Items {10 minutes):

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the
February 14, 2023 meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Sharon
Huether seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for
February & March. All in favor. Motion carried.

New Business:

Director Updates:
Director Meggers gave updates on the MLA Convention to be held in Billings, National Library
Week, April 23rd_-29th. Update on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Budget discussion.
Project Updates:
Newspapers are digitized through 2016 and loaded to the Montana Newspapers website. We
are waiting for more issues to be filmed and after the Montana Memory Project has moved all
content to the new site, we will be adding more years.
Yearbooks are digitized through 2007.
Genealogy project is finished.

June 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
