The meeting was called to order by (Charles) Lee Strait.

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:

Bruce Johnson moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the October 18 meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved, and Bruce Johnson seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the October 27 Special meeting. All in favor. Motion carried.  Bruce Johnson moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for October & November. All in favor. Motion carried.

Director Updates:

Director Moore gave updates on Summer Reading Program, Hotspots, and other happenings at the library.

Project Updates:    

Newspapers are digitized through 2016 and loaded to the Montana Newspapers website. We are waiting for more issues to be filmed and after the Montana Memory Project has moved all content to the new site, we will be adding more years.

Yearbooks are digitized through 2007.

Genealogy project is finished.

Announcements:

Closures – Monday, December 26, 2022, for Christmas Day, Monday, January 2, 2023, for New Years Day, and Monday, January 16, 2023, for Martin Luther King Day.

Next Meeting:

February 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
